He possesses an associate and graduate degrees from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Mr. Finnerty has studied and received recognition from Real Estate Institute - New York University. He has served on the Board of Directors of Community Associations Institute (CAI), Southern New York Chapter. He holds a designation of Professional Community Associations Manager - PCAM from this national organization. He has been awarded a certification from National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers - CMCA. In addition, Mr. Finnerty has been Certified from the New York Association of Realty Managers.
